Does this mean that Christopher will make some money at last? His collections have never been short of exquisite but with a 4 figure price tag?! not many of his target demographic can afford much of it other than the printed t-shirts that have made a few coins for him and millions for the high-street ripping him off. With this collection, Christopher is sure to reach out to a whole new clientele that can actually afford his dresses and might take one in another colour too, without disappointing those who have loved and supported his twisted vision all along. I can see anyone from Chloe Sevigny to Michelle Obama in this collection, maybe not in the perforated pleather, but the piping and binding on the lace dresses are simply stunning.
